ABOUT SHI-MINDFULMINDS

We recognise that each child has distinct needs and interests, which we focus on with our contemporary frobal-inspired holistic education philosophy.

We aim to support children's cognitive development, increase self-esteem, confidence, positive choices, reducing anxiety and general emotional and social issues. 

We provide the environment and tools your child needs to thrive to the best of their abilities in these areas.

When we expose children to a variety of surroundings and learning experiences, we allow them to explore self-awareness, challenging social situations and interactions, encourage constructive behaviour, and build a sense of who they are within the world around them.

Shi- MindfulMinds has three core areas of its program, consisting of yoga, arts & craft, and interactive stories. We provide the children and their families with different affirmations and mindfulness activities and poems for the whole family to enjoy. 

Shi-MindfulMinds is an expert in children with autism and child development, having qualifications and experience in psychology, counselling, reiki, and mindfulness. We are a homegrown, family-based group. We aim to provide the love, care, and patience each child needs to flourish into the amazing being the world needs.

 

SHI-MINDFULMINDS MISSION

Shi-MindfulMinds aims are to:

  • Support each child's individuality by offering an enriched atmosphere in which they can express themselves via favourite childhood stories, yoga, arts and crafts, and mindfulness.

  • Build on each child’s strengths, interests, self-esteem, curiosities, and voice

  • Guide each child to explore the world around them through their choices, feelings, and ideas

  • Support good mental health and wellbeing.


We believe that children thrive in an environment that values their own uniqueness, while providing support and opportunities to grow emotionally, socially, and creatively.
